An RMA number must be issued by Hymix for any returning part(s).
All replacement part(s) are chargeable to the Customer.

Hymix will NOT accept part(s) for warranty claims or credit that are returned incomplete, that are returned without a reason for the return, that are outside the warranty period. All Warranty Claims are subject to inspection by the Hymix supplier.

The Customer on receipt of the TNT documentation must contact TNT (our courier) to have the part(s) collected.
The Customer must ensure the TNT collection note is signed by TNT.

Hymix will not accept part(s) being returned to the company by any other method, except when agreed in writing between the Customer & Hymix.

When you have submitted an APR request the Hymix Customer Service Team will email you with an RMA number, which can then be used for any communications with Hymix concerning the part(s).
